Schedule Your Tour
You and your family are interested in Central Nebraska Lutheran, so now what?
The process from prospective family to enrolled is simple and we are with you each step of the way. While not required, we encourage prospective families schedule a tour to see what makes us special. Email our Admissions team to schedule your tour.

Apply Online
You toured one or both of our campuses and you are excited to enroll. The next step is to complete our online application. CNLS uses FACTS to manage our applications. You must first create an account. Enter your email and click ‘CREATE ACCOUNT’. You will then receive a welcome email for you to begin the application.

The following steps will help guide you through the application.
FACTS Account Setup
You should have received a welcome email from FACTS. In the email click the link to set up your Username and Password.
Add Student
After logging into your account with your new credentials you will now be able to create a new student application. Enter the child’s basic information to get started.
Complete the Application
The application is straightforward, but it may take 20 minutes or more to complete. You can save your progress at any time and return later if needed. Completed sections will show a green checkmark, while sections that still need information will have a yellow circle.
Once all the sections are green, it’s time to submit your application. A member of our school will be in touch to discuss what comes next.
