Family Referral

Current families enrolled at CNLS schools (Trinity Lutheran School or Grand Island Lutheran High, grades PreK-12) can earn a tuition scholarship by referring new families.

For each new family you successfully refer (who enrolls their child/children):

• You (the referring family) receive $500 off your own tuition
• The new family (the referred applicants) also receive $500 off their first-year tuition

This incentive encourages growth in our Christ-centered community while rewarding families who help spread the word!

• The applicant must be a first-time student at Trinity Lutheran School or Grand Island Lutheran High.
• The applicant must have students entering PreKindergarten-12th grade, and list the current family on the enrollment application. The referral cannot be split between referring families. Only one family may qualify.
• Referrals can compound, but no more than $2,000 can be earned in one school year.
• CNLS staff and spouses are eligible for this referral program.
• Either family can elect to “donate” their scholarship back to CNLS by paying their full tuition amount.
• Final approval of all referral scholarships is determined by the Executive Director of CNLS.

How to Ensure Your Referral is Counted:

When a new family applies to CNLS, there is a question on the school application asking “How did you hear about us?” Be sure the new family adds the referring family’s name in this field.

While not required, you can also email admissions@cnlutheran.org to share the referring family’s name.
