Testimonials

My favorite teachers were Ms. Jane Hall for 2nd grade as she was the reason I wanted to be a teacher. She was patient, loving and read books to us while sitting on her desk. I thought that looked like fun! Although I never sat on my desk as a teacher, I did read a lot of books to my students over my 39 years of teaching. Mr. Victor Peter was my other favorite teacher. He expected the best from his students, had a sense of humor, commanded respect (which made me feel safe), and most of all was very productive each school day. We learned a lot that year!

I am very grateful to have attended Trinity Lutheran School! After our first reunion, I was in tears as I thanked my parents for sending me to a Lutheran School and then eventually a Lutheran College!

My experience at Trinity Lutheran School has had a profound effect on just about every aspect of my life, both personally and spiritually. The staff helped to instill a sense of morality that affects my decisions every day. I recently had a conversation with some of my classmates, and we all came to the same conclusion. I would not be the same person as an adult without my wonderful experience at Trinity.

I gained a love for the Savior while attending Trinity Lutheran School, mostly through music and choir. Mr. Victor Peter, my seventh grade teacher, was key in my conversion and Christian growth. I am so grateful for that time of both academic and spiritual growth. I have a great love and respect for my Lutheran Heritage, my parents, teachers and pastors who together introduced me to Christ and the Bible. My sincerest gratitude to you all.
