How Much Can You Earn?

Every new family you refer earns a scholarship for both of you — and referrals can compound up to $2,000 per school year.

Off your own tuition for each new family you successfully refer who enrolls at CNLS.

Off their first-year tuition as a welcome gift for joining the CNLS community.

Program Details

Program Rules

A few simple guidelines to keep the program fair and effective for everyone in our community.

The applicant must be a first-time student at Trinity Lutheran School or Grand Island Lutheran High.
Students must be entering PreKindergarten through 12th grade and list the referring family on the enrollment application.
The referral cannot be split between families — only one referring family may qualify per new enrollment.
Referrals can compound, but no more than $2,000 can be earned in one school year.
CNLS staff and spouses are eligible to participate in this referral program.
Either family may elect to donate their scholarship back to CNLS by paying their full tuition amount.
Final approval of all referral scholarships is determined by the Executive Director of CNLS.
The scholarship will be applied toward tuition during the October billing cycle.

Share CNLS With a Family You Know

Know a family looking for a Christ-centered education in Grand Island? Tell them about Trinity Lutheran School or Grand Island Lutheran High and what makes CNLS special.

They List Your Name on the Application

When the new family applies to CNLS, there is a question asking “How did you hear about us?” Make sure they add your family’s name in that field.

Optional — Email Admissions

While not required, you can also email admissions@cnlutheran.org to share the referring family’s name and confirm the referral.

Earn Your Scholarship in October

Once the new family enrolls, your $500 scholarship will be applied to your tuition balance during the October billing cycle. Refer four families and earn the full $2,000!
