We are so grateful your family has chosen Central Nebraska Lutheran School as your educational home. Your partnership means so much to us, and we thank God for the opportunity to walk alongside your children as they grow in faith, knowledge, and character. Re‑enrollment for PreK–12th grade is completed online through FACTS, our student information system. For returning families, the process typically takes about 15 minutes.
We also know that technology doesn’t always cooperate. If anything isn’t working or you run into a roadblock, please know we are here to help and want this to be as smooth and stress‑free as possible.

Re-Enrollment Steps
- Please click the button below to start your re-enrollment. You can also copy and paste https://sis.factsmgt.com/family-portal into the web address.
- CNLS’s District Code is TL-NE
- Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided on the FACTS log in page.
- After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.
- Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment link.
