We offer a variety of scholarship opportunities—including need-based aid, transfer scholarships, referrals and more—designed to help lighten the financial load. Above all, our commitment is clear: no qualified family will be turned away due to cost alone. We are dedicated to partnering with families so every child can experience the CNLS family.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Referral Scholarship

The Referral Scholarship applies to new families enrolling in PreK-12th grade. If a NEW family is referred by a current family AND the new family enrolls, BOTH the current AND the new family receive a $500 scholarship. Current families can compound referrals up to $2000 per tuition year. New families indicate referring family name on school application. Peace Lutheran Preschool Scholarship

Families enrolled in Peace Lutheran Church’s PreSchool program qualify for a $1000 Trinity Lutheran School Kindergarten Scholarship. Interested families complete this form to begin this journey: https://cnlutheran.org/peace-lutheran-scholarship/

Peace Lutheran Church Foundation Scholarship

The Peace Lutheran Church Foundation generously offers scholarships to qualifying member families, applied directly toward annual tuition at Central Nebraska Lutheran School. For details simply email office@peacegi.org.

9-12 Transfer Scholarship

Families transferring new students into grades 9–12 at Grand Island Lutheran High are eligible for our $2,500 Transfer Scholarship—a one-time award designed to ease your transition and invest in your teen’s faith-filled future. This $2,500 per family can be combined with our Referral Scholarship for even greater support. CNLS Opportunity Scholarship

The CNLS Opportunity Scholarship is open to all families applying for grades K-12. Our heartfelt goal is simple: never turn away a family simply because of financial hardship. Applying is easy and seamless as it is part of your regular school application.
