Trinity Lutheran School offers an excellent liberal arts program with high academic standards.
We offer art, music, physical education, and technology in addition to reading, mathematics, language, science, and social studies. Trinity students are prepared to compete in any academic arena they choose because of our strong emphasis on academics. Trinity participates in a variety of academic competitions throughout the year including the Hall County Spelling Bee, National Geographic Bee, Math Counts, Quiz Bowl, and speech meets. We are proud to have received outstanding honors in each of these competitions in the past years. This is evidence of our strong academic community, yet it is only a piece of the solid educational foundation we challenge our students to build throughout their years at Trinity.
Trinity is one of the many private schools that use the MAP (Measures of Academic Performance) Assessment measured by an RIT (Raush Unit) score as our yearly achievement test. Our results show our students score above the national mean in most areas. We use this assessment to strengthen our instruction and meet our students’ needs. This assessment tracks a child’s growth over the period of time they are attending Trinity Lutheran School.
